Sauna Session (MEMBERS ONLY)

Timed Sauna use to boost health.  The sauna is for one person at a time.  The Wellness Lounge will be closed to anyone else, (unless someone is in your party.)  Do not use the Sauna if your Doctor discourages it.  The room reservation is for an hour, however, it is not recommended to use the Sauna for longer than a few minutes at a time. Drinking water is available in the Sauna room and the Smoothie Making Station is stocked with ingredients to blend for yourself. (Included)
